If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please call our Customer Service. Colleagues will provide you information to return an item for a refund or replacement.
The appearance of your images on the case are not subject to refund because it depends entirely on the image quality.
If the customer pick out the wrong phone case, he does not have the right to complain about the product.
If you are not satisfied with the product or you ordered a wrong package, you can return it at your own expense to the address of company myCase GmbH.
Order Cancellation
If you a requesting to cancel your order, you must contact us within 4hrs from the time the order was placed. Please note that otherwise we are unable to cancel your order and you will receive the items.
